1/4 mile times on a h22 accord 4 dr auto/manual?
i was thinkin of gettin a rsx type s or swap a h22 in my accord but its auto n didnt really want to swap the trans, jus wonderin if any1 knows wat the car would run
What kind of retarded remark is that anyway ^ Ramoneguru?
why the hell wont you want to swap in the tranny? I dont think the auto accord tranny works with the h22 anyway.. But then again.. ive never heard of such a thing.. accord trannies blow IMO.

...my brother ran a 14.3 in his 1991 accord. It was an automatic but we made it a 5-speed using all Honda parts. He ran a 14.3 with all accesories, ps, ac, alt. Yes the accord automatic trans would fit on an H22 but you would need and auto h22 ecu. If you decide to swap to a manula have fun, it is not a B-series swap. It also passes emmisions. TEAM HTP
my 94 lx with h22 converted to 5-speed ran 14.5@95....that was on nitto dr's but only pulled a 2.3 60 ft time.

if you can afford the RSX-S then buy that.

I think that we would need more info about what his set up was before we call BS. With slicks he could very easily pull that kind of time. Slicks can very easily lower the et if its matched up with the cars tranny. So here's your chance to back up that 14.3. What motor and tranny. Was he using slicks? US spec or Jspec? Stock us spec header or J-spec?
By the way I beleive you I'm not saying it can't be done but inquiring minds want to know. By the way good deal glad to hear there are some what quick accords out there.

Glad you asked. The "BoostedH22" means what was stolen from the car when it came from the factory and I'll leave it to you to figure out what the "accord" stands for. Read the signature.
By the way that leaves me with about 100 or so WHP from the factory from the stock F22B.

**** with slicks, I think I could pull a high 13 sec pass(maybe a 13.999). If I can get a 14.5@95mph with a 2.3 60-ft, I could easily get that down to a 1.9/2.0 with slicks which will help at the end of the track as well, instead of wasting that time spinning.
My best 1/8th mile run, with again a 2.3 60-ft, was a 9.3@77.5mph, too bad it wasn't at a 1/4 mile track to see what that would've equaled to, I know it woulda beat that 14.5 for sure, b/c that 14.5 run I had a 9.5 1/8th et.
