do any of you guys know if the crx si seats will fit in my 93 civic hatchback? Do i need to custom the bracket or use my stock civic bracket and make a transplant ova to the crx si seats?? thanks

You need to custom make brackets or you need to drill new holes....

Really Sure! I know this because I did the reverse. Had to have holes with dzus fasteners installed.

 

It's not as simple as removal and replacement. Modification/fabrication is necessary.

You have to custom fit them. I saw a 2000 ITR this weekend with 90-91 CRX Si seat...so it's possible.

Boy that was a retarded move for the owner of the ITR. LOL. I like the ITR seats much better than the CRX seats.

I think most people just get something that fits without as much hassle, so you might not find anyone that's actually done it and documented it.

just a shot in the dark... cuz i really like the crx seats... probably my favourite OE seats..

if it doesnt work out then will probably just get gen3 teg seats that seem to just bolt in.. if anyone has cheaper solutions and know it will feel similar to having crx seats.. please share ur views..
