i need something to plug an o2 bung, (obd2 cat on obd1 vehicle) will any honda o2 sensor work?

Or are there any others ways to plug it, for instance does anyone know the thread size?

Ive interchanged O2 sensors from OBD1 to OBD2 headers before without a problem. So from my experience they are the same thread pitch and size.

Ohh they should be all interchangeable, Ive seen a subaru impreza and a rx7 o2 sensor and they all looked to be the same. If you just want to plug a hole you can always just get a bolt thats the same size and thread pitch and throw it into the hole. If you cut the bolt short theyre wont be anything sticking into the exhaust.

that is what i'd prefer to do but i don't know the thread size, etc. so its kinda hard to find the bolt i need.

i guess if a parts store will let me size an o2 sensor with a nut i could find it that way. i have to pick-up oil tomorrow so i guess i'll try that.

the bung can be plugged with a 18mm x 1.5 pitch bolt.
