i dont know too much about turbos, but say if I had a turbo GSR......say drag 3 kit

what to do to make faster?

 

I'm not an expert...to be honest, I'm pretty new at car mods, but I'd think that you'd wanna build up the block to tolerate more psi from the drag kit in order to make more horsepower. A Jackson racing supercharger on a gs-r at 6psi puts out about 200-220 whp I believe, so the drag 3 kit will probably put out slightly more on a stock engine at 7psi.

 

inject some nitrous into the IC heh j/k but that does help to cool it down.

I dunno about that, I was just messin around, but I have heard that somewhere. I think there is some truth to it. Ask on FI board.

 

Expect around 260whp @ 8psi with minor tuning for a GSR

 

first stronger rods and lower compression pistons
big injectors >550 and up
big 3" cat back exhaust
stand alone FMU
EBC
and stronger clutch, stiffer susp,etc....
easily boost at 12 psi with this set up or higher up to 18 or 20 psi

 

U D0NT NEED LOWER COMPRESSION PISTONS! 10:1 will do just fine anything lower will just give u lag

 

actually, some racers SPRAY, not inject, Nitrous on their Intercooler right before pulling up to the staging lights to cool their intercooler down even more which cools the air inside before the car gets going fast enough for the air to blow through the intercooler to make a difference. this really helps on hot days.

stock gsr @ 6psi with a drag kit 220whp-230whp.

you want more power, you can get crower rods, je 10:1 comp pistions or 9.5:1. rc 440 injectors, paxon fuel pump. and then you can turn the boost up to 15psi or more

 

Ignition upgrade, and intercooler would help too.
