that's what I was thinking

You said you have a "new" ecu..?...?.. Whats that? do you mean a "chipped ecu"? because if thats the case they sometimes mess with timing and ****, and that might not be compatable with a 75 shot of nitrous just something you might want to think about

yea thats what I thought. who reprogrammed it? what did they do to the timing? what did they do to vtec engagement? what did they do to the fuel curve? If you don't know the answers to these questions, or if the ecu wasn't "chipped" for nitrous or f/i you could run into some major issues

Thanks for refreshing everyones memory.

As for what you would run I would say a mid 9 or high 9 with out the nitrous not postive though.

i dont like the fact that people make assumptions without knowing for a fact what will happen, they hear the word 'Nos' and automatically think "BLOW UP"...its retarded, dont assume **** unless youve done it and been thru it........99% of the people who just responded dont even have nos or ever even used it,.., they just want to throw thier bullshit .02 cents in.

your motor will be fine with 75 shot, dont worry about it. youre only running the 1/8th mile anyway.

everyone esle who makes up dumb *** answers , go get your facts straight.

peace

You don't think that addressing what changes were made on his fuel curve, and timing is important to running a shot of nitrous? If you are that ignorant, you sir should not be responding to his post.

A 75 shot on a stock block is a bad idea. No matter if you know what you are doing or not. And 93EH6, thank you for stating that. I usually am the one who ends up posting that.
