A friend of mine is planning to buy any Honda Integra or Civic Si, slightly modded.. Price range is around $9-12K.. Chicago or nearby areas, he wants to get a car asap.. so hit me up guys...

Will consider nearby states as long as the owner is willing to meet halfway.. 97 integra or civic (preferably with engine swap) is fine...
