CEL?

I get a CEL after holding the car at 65-70 mph. How do I diagnose what error code the car is throwing. I have a '91 CRX DX.

Pull down the carpet and count the blinks. short pause = continue, long pause = next code

__*_*_*__*_*_*_*_*__*_*_*__*_*_*_*_*__

is a code 3 and a code 5.
