smaller radiator???
can i use a 92-25 civic radiator in my crx with a b16? and how would i put it in? and what mods would i have to do?? the reason I'm asking is because there is no room for like a turbo or something because it's 2x as big as the 92-95 radiators.
yes. a half size radiator will work good. im not sure about mounting, youll have to be creative and fit it when you get it. im going to be using a del sol dual core half size in my turbo set up. im going to have to make some lower mounting brackets and one that will hold the top of the radiator also. hope that helps out some
the 92-95 Radiator does not fit real cleanly on an EF chassis. its a bit too high. but ya you can make it fit somehow by angleing the radiator.
another option is the C&R Radiator which we have been selling quite a good number of.
The design is similar to the 92-95 but is shorter in height to fit the stock mounting locations. its called the CRX/Civic "Shorty" style and comes with a SPAL slim fan as well to help clear up space in that area.
