when you replay, there's a "image" button. press that and put in the link. (assuming you have a link to the pic.)

Now for the helping...Open a topic hit image and put your url between the [*img*]

 

Oh yeah, and you can't post pics from your hard drive. They must be online somewhere and the URL you put should look like one of these:
