SMS Header Prototype #5 Polished
SMSP Header Prototype #5 for the H22A.
This is going into my 1997 Accord with a JDM Type-S/SiR S-spec motor. Fully built top end, stock JDM bottom end. I have only attached 1 picture out of respect for Dave and his masterful quality and design protection. All I can say is wow. This is very clean, the welds are awesome, the fit is excellent, all of the hardware was included, by high flow cat was in the box, as were all of the donuts, etc. that I ordered. I will have to get everything custom mounted up, but I have a shop to take it to. Right now, funds are a little tight, but expect many dyno plots of before install, after install, and fully tuned. I expect to see some great gains across the board changing from my DC Sports Prelude header to the SMSP header. This will be an ongoing tuning project for me, with dynos posted Accord-ingly (ha!) and this header is sure to help speed things along (literally). 2point6 is my hero, so I’m going to try to go after his numbers.
So thanks Dave, the header is uber-schon and if function follows form, this one will be an excellent addition to the family!!

very nice. Btw- Do you mind telling me where you got your motor? How much? How many miles Ive been looking everywhere for a s-spec and can only find type-s. What are your internal mods as well? Sorry for all the questions.
