GSR cams vs. B16a cams...

Thinking about doing some gsr cams in my b16a, i know alot of people have made improvements with the gsr cams over the b16 cams but where did you gain the most? im really looking to pickup some mid-range power.

i have some but i have a feeling they didnt make much difference, if any at all. you might want to look at a different option if you really want results.
