O.K. I bought a turbo set up off of slowazzhatch(Matt) for $650.00: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=605397 , It's now been about a month since the transaction and guess what still no turbo as of today. The reason I bought from him is because he had a few vouches and people rated him as good seller from previous transactions. I've emailed him and he has since emailed me back or im'ed me 3 or 4 times assuring me that he will be sending the stuff my way but does it really take that long to send something from TX to AZ? For those of you that have dealed with him before have you had the same experiance?

 

I would be pissed man, Get you money back....also talk to the people that vouched for him.

How did you pay him? If you never paid, than of course he isn't gonna send. He doesn't have paypal so the only you can pay is with a check. I can tell you right now though that he doesn't have that turbo **** anymore.

He paid by certifed check. Do you know slowazzhatch??? How do you know he doesnt have the turbo **** anymore???

I paid him by certified check. He was paid about a month ago. Well now that I know you really know Matt can you tell him to give me my cash back if he doesn't have this **** anymore.

 

I know him, see him almost everyday. I recently helped him move away from Waco. The turbo **** was actually someone elses stuff that matt was selling for this guy. Whenever matt sold it, he was to get a small cut ($50). Matt posted the **** and sold i think the BOV and thats it. A week before Matt was gonna move, the guy that actually owned the turbo **** took it from Matt's apartment while Matt wasn't there.

As to whether or not anything had been sold before it got taken - I don't know. But I do know that he no longer has any of that ****.

I am not trying to stand up for Matt in anyway- just trying to help sort this all out.

 

Well if you see him today as you see him almost everyday can you tell him to just give me my money back if he doesn't have the stuff he promised me.

Has the certified check you sent been cashed?

 

Here is the phone number for IPS 1-800-223-7520. They handle most official checks here in the US distributed by larger banks. If you have your copy of the official check, then call them and tell them the check number, amount, and issuing date of the check and they can check to see if it has been cashed and so forth. They can probably help you file a fraudulent report as well. Good luck and I'll keep my eye's and ear's open for this guy.

 

Thanx fellas. Another thing, the check has been cashed cause Matt told me he's was going to send out the turbo stuff on tuesday, September 30, 2003. So this leeds me to assume that he cashed the check.
