its bored to factory ovebore spec, anymore, and it'll hafta be re-sleeved, not sure thats what we want to get into just yet, but more compression can be accomplished by simply milling the head a bit

yes he can..but he'd have to go a lot more hardcore if he was sticking with the 1.8 liter size.
i forgot who had it..but this bronzish integra with a hytech header, ITBs, and all kinds of other stuff hit around 250whp i believe on stock bore

CTR pistons won't cut it nor will the comptech header. the skunk2 stage 3's are not lumpy enough to make that kind of power...tell your friend to do more research

The bronze Integra your talking about, its Jeff Taylor, is on Toda's website, it made 244whp all motor. it was however bored over to 84.5mm with ITB's, Toda C's, and 13.3:1 comp... so in other words I dont hope your friend is planning on running pump gas.

Here's Jeff's graph
Notice the correction factor is 1.07 and 1.08, at 1.08 actual whp would be about 224.
The SGT graph above has a correction factor of 1.01

Its going to take a little more than what you have listed to hit 250, thats a good start though. That should get you 220+
