they say get some home depot velcro straps, and mount it to any place in the engine bay. give it some room so it doesnt overheat...

mine are underneath the ABS pump and on the frame rail next to the cruise actuator (be sure to leave room for the hood prop to come down and lock into place).

Yes, as long as you're connecting a d2s\d2r ballast to a d2s\d2r bulb.

on the passenger side, definatly mount it under the ABS unit.
Driver side there are different spots. I took out my Cruise control and mounted it there.
Theres a pic of the unit under the ABS, you could barely see the driver side ballast tho
