On August 22nd 2003, I put down a deposit for a Crower 2.04L stroker kit for my b18c GSR motor. That was the day before I went on vacation. A week later I IM'd 10secondr33(kurt shifflin) asking how the ordering went and I got a response a day or two later stating "The order went through great but JE has a back order get a hold of me ASAP 571-236-1811"

Well that was over 1 month ago and today is one month since he last posted on H-T. I have emailed, IM'd and left numerous amount of messages on his phone with no luck. I promised I would tell my story and this is it. This BOY has stolen $950.00 from me and now has until October 22nd 2003 to return my money before I file a police report with the Arlington VA police department. His website is http://www.blazeracing.com a week ago this was a totally different site. Now it is a site dedicated to selling his mutts. You will notice there is no contact information so that people interested in his mutts can't even contact him. I feel it is because he caught wind of me getting ready to go off and let everyone know how he really is. Tomorrow I will post his home address for everyone to see.

Kurt, if you are looking at this, realize this:
I do not care how much it costs or how much I eventually get back from you. If you do not pay me back my $950.00 total I will prosecute you to the furthest extent of federal law. You committed federal theft and federal fraud, now beginning on the 22nd YOU will pay and you have approximently 6 days to fix your problem.

Paypal, cashier's check or money order and it can all be over with. If he goes with personal check and it does not go through, the fees would put it over $1000.00 which would put it into grand larceny. This can be all over with if he would just act and give me back my money.

depends on which line you cross. If it is within your state you go by you state laws. Cross state lines then its federal law which can only be changed by congress. This law, from what I understand, hasn't been change for YEARS. I am going to bed now and hopefully when I get up, I will have $950.00 waiting for me. If not, you have 8 days and counting before I prosecute you to the full extent of federal law you POS.

and as you can see I am losing sleep over this issue. I can only hope he loses more than I do. Who do you think the 900lb gorilla will choose? the DC sniper or the lowly internet fraud and theft case?

 

wow wow wow... 900 bucks is nothing to let go of.. fuq that.. for that much i would hunt him down. Thats not something you can just let go of. Try small peoples claims.. they will hunt him down, and send him a letter saying to show up in court else he will have a warrant for his arrest. So whenever he gets pulled over his name will come up in the computer saying he has a warrant and all that BS and bring him in. $900 is something i would definately never let go of.

Thats fucked up, he pmed me one time about something small i was looking for in a WTB ad, I think it was a tial wastegate, cant rememeber, but i had a bad feeling about the guy so I followed my instinct. He had a dog in his avatar last time i checked, so i don't get his dog website he is trying to sells dogs and it has no contact info?

Sounds like he was trying to scam from the beginning, did he insist on only the downpmt? Looks like he tried to keep the scamming under 1k
