Which suspension mods are the best?
I have been looking into buying new suspention for my R not that I think that the one I have now is bad but I want more and I am looking in to lowering my car a litter to give it a more aggressive look but I do not want to put a half *** suspention on it I want one that is better than stock and lowers it a little.
I was looking at the Mugen Lowdown suspention it lowers my R .75 inches and was told that it was better than stock and question the N1 or N Zero but I think those are too good for street or they just don't work for street perpose. I was wondering if any of you guys know of a really good suspention or if anyone has the Mugen what do you think and how does the R look, pics would be great. Thanks....Keep that gas flowing!

Depends....what do you want?
I'm assuming its at least going to be driven on the street, since you mentioned the street. But do you do any track driving? Do you want height or any other adjustability? And how much are you looking to spend?
Thing with suspension is that you never make it better really, you just make it more tailored to what want. So what do you want in your suspension?

I mostly use my R on the street, but I have just started doing some track (I went to the ITRExpo) I want to adjust my ride height so I can lower it for street and bring it up to stock when I track or AutoX... what I want to do is lower my R without losing it's original performance I am the go type but I would like to see my car lower not I a extreme but to give it a stronger stance... I think that with a car like an Integra lowered had a stronger more road dominate look than one that is at a normal height. The R has a great stance but a little won't hurt it.
I was wondering about MUGEN because MUGEN is one of the best and I want only the best on my R.....

Thanks Type Goch I'll talk to Andrew.... Thanks Yoshi thats just what I need the search on site gets me confused sometimes.

Whatever suspension you get, you should replace your rear upper arms with the JDM Type R ones. Mr. Spoon even mentions it on the Best Motoring video as a must. Plus its pretty inexpensive mod.
