Edelbrock kit comes with Intercooler, external BOV, new Intake manifold with extra injectors. And a better flowing exhaust manifold.
If you buy all that crap for your greddy kit, your going to spend just as much.
BTW, "Our Price $2,079.00"
Is it CARB legal!?!

Geez, it's about time. They've been saying the 6G kit would be coming out for like the past 3 years. Never thought I'd actually see the day! Must've been pressured by Edelbrock's new kit or something.
true...ok fine, i take that back...itll probably cost just as much as the edelbrock kit.
but for those who are interested its a td04-19t which gives u about 10 more whp at the same boost level of the 15g. charge piping should fit a lot better and it comes with an extension for the o2 sensor. thats all i know so far.

At 6psi....probably about 160 WHP.
Good tuning at 7psi from Edlebrock is 175whp.

FYI,
Edelbrock just recently announced the release of their open track kit. It doesn't come with the fuel management of their first kit. I haven't seen a complete listing of parts. There has been talk of the open track kit for a while, but edelbrock actually has the kit part number and some info up on their site. Haven't found a vendor selling the kit yet.

i think the edelbrock website dynoed 175whp and 148wtq at 6-7 psi with their performer x kit. imo 3500 is a lot for a turbo kit, but im sure vendors will have it for cheaper and thats a pretty damn complete kit the got there. even right down to the edelbrock/auto meter boost guage and pod. intercooler and intake mani is included too...man i wish i had a few G's to spend right now...

What does it run @ the track?

Take a good look at the edelbrock website. The chart that they show is whp plotted against MPH!!!. This is a good thing
Means that this setup can probably put out more than 176whp at the stock setting
This was meant to be a 50-state emissions friendly kit.

Just slap on the 92-95 kit. The piping all fits fine if you ask me. Wiring the E-Manage is a breeze also.

what is the difference between plotting it against MPH vs. RPM? i just figured same graph with diff labels..
either way... for less than the price of a C5, and more power and torque! i know i know, the C5 will have WAYYYY more potential for power, but i dont plan on going that high a HP path.just something that'll spank most other street cars....i wonder what the power would be witha a built head and some turbo cams..hmmm
