sorry for the long page but to shorten it up, i purchase a set of EG mudguard ( F&R)from Jeremy. and he stated that it is for an eg (HB) but when i recieved the parts and try it on my HB . the front fit but the rear doesn't meanting thatit is fo rthe wrong car!
so i pm him back about the problem and then later saw him on AIM and talked to him about it and keep on asking him how he want to correct it? then i got the and then he just sign off with these last words.

yah sorry to hear about the situation. seems to me that he had the same problem where he was sold the wrong part and didnt do anything about it. so he wanted to stick it to some one else hoping they would not say **** about it. "my bad"? thats his reason for mishap? bull. but look at it this way, atleast u didnt buy something much more expensive. post some pics of the mud flaps and hopefully you will get help to i.d. them. then u might be able to sell them TO A PERSON WHO OWNS A CAR THEY FIT ON!!! (thats for the seller)

 

yeah i already kinda figure that ihe might of got the "wrong parts" from some one else and hell just pass it to another sucker (which i'm not).

i'll try to test fit the rear mudguard on a coupe or 4dr to find out what it for. but it ain't for a HB , i know that

 

hmm well all i gotta say is...thats some serious BS, it don't matter how small the amount of money the transaction had or if hes a business or just a private seller, once a buyer and a seller have an agreement then its an enforceable contract, so he has a required obligation to complete his end of the contract. well C uR eX hope you figure all this out and it works out for you, and at least we know not to deal with this guy anymore

sucks.......damn scammers....just put him on the list of scammers on HT, and make sure nobody buys anything from him again, spam all his FS posts, thats what i did when a friend got scammed by a fellow HT member, guy disappeared nobody bought anything from him since.

Not to take sides here or anything... but..

i've purchased over $800 worth of parts from Nick (C uR eX) and everything has shown up exactly as described and pictured. He's always given me a tracking number immediatly, and communication with him has always been a pleasure. He's even thrown in some misc. mounting bolts (that would cost a decent chunk of change from honda) free of charge. Nick gets a big in my book.

So, thanks for everything man, i hope this fucktard learns some ethics someday. $5, $50.... doesn't matter..... it's still shady.

and he doesn't have to worry about refunding me back or give me the one on his car cause i don't even want to get it from him. i rather buy another set from someone else.
