Hey guys... I sold my CRX a couple of days ago and this is the last pic I took of her and it's a pretty nice one... so I thought I would share it with everyone.. Here's a list of the mods:

1990 Honda CRX Si Celestial Blue Pearl (Stock Color)
Wings West RS Body Kit
XR8TD Lids CF Hood
2001 ITR 5-Lug Swap
Koni yellow's w/ Skunk2 coils
ITR Dash swap
B16a1 w/ CTR Pistons and y1 tranny
and a whole other bunch of ****................

Sold her for about 7000us.. and here's the pic... hope you like it..

nice car, but one question......is the suspension swap pretty much bolt just as it would be on a eg, ek, dc, etc????

The 5-lug swap on an EF is the same as any other (EG, EK, etc...) but other's will strongly disagree... saying the geometry of the front suspension is off... but all I did was lower the front end until the wheel was straight, without and chamfer or camber and got an alignment and it was perfect...

and as for another car.. i'm looking into some BMW's... found a nice Alpine White 323 BMW...

7k for a 1990 crx is a good price for the car.

And im one of those ppl that disagree Because I am in the middle of doing the swap right now and its not just bolt on. If you want to do it the right way.

 

I'll try and dig up those pics of the ITR dash swap and get them up ASAP. As for the engine, I just had a b16a1 with CTR pistons, nothing special really... it would have been nice to have a c5 in her but it was way to expensive...

and as for it not being bolt on... the back speaks for itself... easy... the front knuckles you just swap out for the ITR ones, OR you can get the Sir (EF) knuckles or the EX (90-91) knuckles and have the ITR hub assembly pressed into the EX or SiR knuckle... but I think it's a waist of time, money and effort especially when the ITR knuckles work fine... if your really picky you can get a camber kit and have nothing to worry about either...

I hear ya on the tails... if I was keeping the car I was planning on getting a set of JDM tails... but she's gone...

i aggre. although the tails dont really take that much away from the car because everything else is so clean.
