It'll answer you questions quicker than I can retype it all.

GSR rear sway will fit with your ITR rear LCAs. I have ITR shocks/springs/LCAs and the 14mm stock rear sway. You'll be fine.
If you do purchase the ITR 22mm rear sway bar, then you'll need a BSQ/Beaks kit to reinforce the subframe. You can still use your 14mm rear sway though without any modifications.

hmm... ok .. say i just wanna get the ST rear instead of all the kit and such.. will it fit the same.. (there is no sway on the car now) I hear good things about the ST bar and can get it for relatively cheaper than the ITR swap.. just wondering if it will fit the ITR LCA's... tia

you can use GSR endlinks on the 22m bar. but you will deff. need to get the BSQ kit or you will rip out your subframe.
im running stock itR suspension w/ junk2's and 215 Azenis', grips like a ****!

and how do you figure the ST bar is cheaper? it'll cost you abot a $170 for the itR bar w/ endlinks and the BSQ kit, and it's a 100X's better than the ST bar, imo!

ITR LCA's bolt up similarly to the gs-r ones. Everything will work fine other than your shocks.
As for a rear swaybar, stick with the ITR or JDM ITR unit along with a good reinforcement kit (BSQ or Beaks).
