Is there a way to amplify the whistle created by the AEM CAI?
I was stunned on my way home from work on Friday by a stunna in an Integra with that goofy *** chameleon mutli-colored paint and he kept pulling up next to me and making his intake whistle. It sounded like one of those god damned spinner whistles you used to be able to get in the quarter machine at grocery stores when you were a kid, only about 3 times as loud.
Is this how the AEM CAI sounds when you're outside of the car? THAT loud? I can barely hear mine whistle inside of my car... Or is it possible that the shitty ebay brand CAI's whistle 300x louder?
Meh, pointless post I suppose, I was just amazed with how loud the whistle actually is outside of the car.

It's loud if you get it just right (just the right throttle position).
