How much more will i benifit from GSR cams over B16 cams?
I heard everyone runs GSR cams in their turbo setup? Will it be worth me gettin GSR cams and ditching my B16's? or will they be about the same?

Those cams are not the same. I have them in my car and i think they are hurting my performance. i've got a 8psi jackson with bolt-ons. I think with a mild setup b16's should work fine.

Nope.

So really, the lift is nearly identical, it's the much longer duration which gives the GSR cams the edge..
Just swapping the cams I made an intial 16 whp gain over the B16's. That's just swapping cams and using same program. Then fine tuned the map and numbers grew. GSR cams are a cheaper alternative than aftermarket, they can be had for $50-$100 used.
I got a pair for $100 shipped anywhere. Lzbrown@hotmail.com no paypal or pics

I have seen three car's dynoed with B16a camshaft and after B18c1 camshafts. All three made the same gain but obviously their powerbands were different. All of them gained 8whp and 1ft-lb PEAK.
CTR intake cam has 11.5 mm of lift and 243 degrees of duration on the intake cam
and 235 degrees of duration on the exhaust cam.
CTR cams are your best bet, if you are using factory Honda cams.
