Well, I guess everyone was waiting for Ebay on this one and it is finally SOLD . So here it is:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...46744
OK, .... here's the deal, I first bought these because I didn't think I would find any rear lips (lower rear skirt or valence) in black for my ITR. But I actually did just a few days after receiving these.
So I am going to offer these for sale. I have used some of my handy work, and completely got rid of all the red paint that was originally there on the rear right side. I do not have any hardware for these either. But I do have the instructions and also a template for placement and fitting once you decide to install. Look further down for picture of missing hardware.
The rear piece that I stripped all the paint off of was originally started by someone else, and had no clue what they were doing, and how bad it was for this plastic. It does look much better now, and can look perfect with a little dab of Bondo or Duraglass. Something the paint guy will do before painting.
I am considering offers as of now, but would like to sell soon. So please give me realistic offers. Any low-ballers that need to waste bandwidth will just be ignored. Also, if these don't sell soon, they will go to Ebay. Ebay is the king of getting more for your products, especially items that are rare and discontinued.
Thanks.... and now it's time for the pics...
Here is a shot at an angle showing the not so perfect finish, but still very easily fixed.

I haven't really decided on that price as of yet, for I was almost asleep late last night when I posted up. After thinking a little today, I may come up with a price.

I am not sure, but when I brother gets home sometime tonight, I will check out fitment on his 94 GSR.

Ok.... after a little work with Paint... I have come up with this:
<FONT COLOR="red">Red</FONT> arrows = (2) x2 screws you re-use if you have mud flaps
<FONT COLOR="green">Green</FONT> arrows = (2) x2 bolts I have outsouced and am using on my current set up
<FONT COLOR="blue">Blue</FONT> Arrow = (1) x2 flat, squared headed bolt that will slide into that plastic groove. I am currently trying to outsource this, but can't for the life of me find it anywhere. I have come up with some other alternatives to make some other bolt work in there.
Nut cap or nut (x2) will also be needed for that <FONT COLOR="blue">Blue</FONT> arrowed part.
So for the most part, I am including most of the hardware. I think the only parts you would have to come up with if you don't like my style of substitutionare the (2) square-headed flat bolts and the nuts or caps to match up with them.
Someone needs to purchase soon, or like I said earlier, these rear lower lips will be sent to Ebay.
Someone purchase these from me.
Ignore: Lips Lip OEM O.E.M. original optional rear rears lower bumper valence valences valance valances skirt skirts

I am not sure... I will have to check on that. You have any suggestions on who to use, and where to look for shipping quotes? Give me your shipping code.
I also just completed piecing together the parts needed. And also got a nut/bolt combo that should work for that part where the <FONT COLOR="blue">Blue</FONT> arrow is.
Let me know, and Thanks for showing interest.

Sorry about that... I must have been a little on the intoxicated side when I typed that. But yeah, shipping code meant postal code for you.
I would be willing to ship to Canada, but would like you to throw in $5 extra.
Also, I don't want to screw you by declaring the amount and having you taxed on it. So make sure to give me more details on how to avoid that.
Let me know, and thanks.

After much procrastination, I am currently in the middle of designing a ebay auction. So I will post the link here soon.
