Diagram for fixing the "Clutch Click"
Before someone says to do a search, I've done it and have narrowed the clicking down to either a sticky shift fork or where the clutch pedal pushes through the firewall. Does anyone have a diagram of where to lube the shift fork? I know that worked for some people
Thanks

When you press about a 1/4 - 1/2 down on the clutch it "pops" or "clicks" a little bit. Doesn't really affect the operation of the clutch, just is rather annoying. A few people said to put high temp lube on the shift-fork where it goes into the transmission by pulling back the rubber cover, but I can't find where that is
Besides, it sounds like the clicking noise is coming more from the footwell area so it would make more sense that it was a problem with the clutch master cylinder, but I can't find anything wrong under there. Seemingly most hondas get this eventually. My GSR had it before I got the R

Mine used to intermittently click until I had my clutch replaced after it broke. Pieces came off the spring retainer and one of the springs were worn down on its side.
Hopefully, you don't have the same problem.
My clutch was abused.. Sometimes I would double clutch from 5th to 3rd and didn't get the rev's right= Lots of shock to the clutch.

I had a clicking noise coming from my clutch too...Here is a link on how I fixed it:

You have to pull the transmission to lube up the fork that the throwout bearing is held by. You can try pully the slave cylinder boot off and throwing some wheel bearing grease in there, but I doubt that will solve your "clicking" noise.
Do you slam on the clutch pretty hard? Maybe the clutch master cylinder nuts got loose...try tightening those up? The firewall area is kind of thin, I guess another solution would be to get one of those braces that mount to the shock tower to keep the cylinder from moving forward.

I lubed up the slave cylinder piston thing but that didn't help. Anyone else had a problem with the clutch pedal that resulted from the spring or assembly in the footwell area?
Mine click right after I release the clutch after shifting. sounds like two marbles hitting each other.
Bothers me a little, but its really not all that bad

my clutch pedal squeaks/grinds and feels like i'm stepping on a pile of bugs. i lubed up the slave cylinder under the 2 boots and it seems to have helped.

I have this problem. it is definitely inside the car and not a bearing or anything clutch disc related.
I ignore it or turn up the radio

There is also a fork bolt deeper in the fork. You should also lube that, if you can reach it....

Okay - just wanted to close this one out. I tried to lube up the slave cylinder rod thing but that didn't help the squeak. I finally just sprayed some WD40 on the return spring and rod that goes through the firewall (in the footwell) and the noise is completely away. The clutch motion could not be smoother now. Anyway, if you're having this problem try that first before going to the trouble of checking the master cylinder or slave cylinder.
Sometimes when I hold my clutch open for a while (like coasting through a left turn into a parking lot or something) it "pops" about .5" off the floor coming back up. It doesn't make any noise, it just seems to catch on something on the way back up.
I'm not too worried about it, but it is kinda irritating.

Sorry I didn't read though all the responses to see if your question had been answered but look for your clutch line leading towards your tranny. (Make sure to do this with the car cold because your heat shield will burn). It will have a bleeder attached to it. There will only be ONE black rubber boot attached to the transmission on the left hand (passenger) side of the tranny case. Yank the rubber boot back, and grease the cup area where the hydraulic clutch presses against (you will have to remove the 10mm bolts that hold your clutch pin to the tranny).
