best vafc settings??
you best bet would to take it to a local tuner shop with a dyno and have them tune it correctly. There are no set settings you should use. Every car is different.

If you have OEM B16 cams the X-over should be @ 5100 or 5200. A general rule of thumb (if you ecu is NOT chipped) is to have it a little lean before vtec and and then go rich after VTEC.

I just hooked up my v-afc about 20 minutes ago. I have only bolt ons on my b16a. I turned the x-over to 5k and it seems to work good. I'm wondering if the computer still gives it extra fuel between 5k and 5.5k or if I need to richen it up? I'm going to the dyno on Tuesday but the more I know when I get there the better.
The only real way to get the best settings is with a wideband O2 and a dyno. Otherwise you are guessing.

Whats up O, this is Charmin. The way the VAFC works is that you can change the VTEC engagement point on the unit, but the ECU still has the same fuel map settings. The VAFC tricks the ECU into thinking it has more or less MAP voltage. So, if you lower your VTEC to 5k and your stock setting is 5.5k, the point between 5-5.5 is unmatched. This is where the VTEC Unmatched fuel settings work. If you look at the VAFC, the Settings menu has a V/T Unmt menu, it will have Hi<<Low and Low<<Hi. Hi<<Low is when you move your VTEC point lower than the factory setting. This adjust the fuel between the 2 points. So in your case, you should richen that point up most likely. The Low<<Hi is just the opposite. Hope this helps.
