Squeaky Clutch Pedal
When I press in my clutch pedal, I hear a squeaky noise from underneath the car. I have an ACT HDSS clutch, Clutchmasters flywheel, and Energy Suspension shifter bushings. The problem occurs most often in the morning and at night and when its cold outside. What's happening here and how do I fix it?

I have that too. I tried lubing the ball at the end of the slave rod, & the socket in the clutch fork. Yes, I did the rubber boot around the slave rod, too. Didn't work. I gotta see if I can work some grease into the pivot for the clutch fork, but it doesn't look easy with the tranny in the car... Has anybody been able to do that??

Try what they said, here's some info: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=179021
If you have some lithium grease in a spray can, you should be able to work it in. It's gonna be on the left side of the fork if you are looking at the tranny case from the front of the car.

master cylinder problem i believe.
if something is squeeking, you should grease up all the moving parts. I had the same problem and i had a leaking master cylinder, i put some grease where the clutch pedal meets it and that stopped it. IF that doesn't help it, grease up the slave cylinder.
if THAT doesn't fix it, time for a new release bearing
My brother's XTSS in his prelude sometimes does this, and it happesn JUST as you explain it, when its cold in the morning or at night. He fixes it by just driving the clutch rather hard, just dumping it from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd at about 5k... he says some clutches just liek to be driven hard
I've been with him when it happens and i've experienced it in his car myself and it works perfectly to rid of the squeaks

I have this problem too. I brought it into the dealer since it's still under warranty. They found that my master clutch cylinder had an internal leak so they replaced that. They also lubricated the pivot. I drove it home and it still squeaks, I have to bring it in again on Thursday for them to fix. I bet it's the slave cylinder. I'll let you know what they did when I get back from the dealer on Thursday.
I just greased up my slave cylinder 2k ago, the release bearing is fine as well, only 10k on it, i just had the tranny out 2k ago. the clutch master was replaced at 39k, i am now at 48 k. .
any more ideas?

Your symptoms totally sound like a throwout bearing.
As for the squeak, I took a knife and cut a small slit in the rubber boot covering the slave cylinder. I just take some silicone spray every 10k or so, stick the thin straw nozzle into the slit and soak it. Works for me.

Just visited the local shop and we looked it over, and my problem is that my master cylinder is leaking. Thankfully I have my own Integra parts yard of sorts here, or I'd be out about $110 for a new master cylinder. We'll see if that fixes it.

Just got car back from dealership. They said they replaced the clutch assembly with throw out bearing. The parts listed are as followed:
Bearing
Disk, Friction
Disk, Pressure
Did the replace the clutch? They also changed the transmission fluid. The squeak is gone. The clutch feels sooo much softer! Almost no resistance. It's also shifts way more smoothly. This dealership is okay in my book.

Just don't go too crazy with the spray and get in into the tranny too much. That spray on the clutch disc could be trouble.

The fluid can get into the tranny via the slave cylinder?
(really don't know here, as I lubed up my slave pretty well recently hehheh)
