You probably will need one. But probably one of the
cheaper ones, that don't have a lot of adjustability.
Because it won't be off by much if any.
But the only way to be sure is to get an alignment after
the install. Every car is different.
Also if you need one, get it. It will save you headaches
down the road.

Koni Sports have adjustable perches so you could raise the car back to near-stock if you don't want to add a camber kit. The middle position is about a quarter inch higher than stock, minus the drop of the springs.

The most important factor for tire wear is getting the toe close to zero (slightly in for stability, slightly out for crisper turn-in), you can live with about a degree and a half of negative camber without destroying the tires.
