i changed the spark plugs..the fuel lines are all okay and the ignition wires should be okay but i will check tomorrow...i installed it with my friend and we checked everything with a test light so we know the starter is okay
have you charged your battery? Just because the dash lights and radio come on it doesnt mean that the battery has enough juice to start the car. Pull the battery and test it.

we put a battery charger on it but it kept reading 0 amps...i dont know if something was wrong with the charger or what...maybe we'll try to jump start it with another car
Well if it didn't even crank at all and you think you did everything correctly check your ground. If the motor is all good and setup correctly but no crank at all, its usually ground.
Chech the wire with the spade connector on the starter make sure it has 12v when trying to crank. Also the battery charger is reading 0 amps becasue that how many amps the batt is pulling (its fully charged)
check the small female plug that goes to the starter. assuming that you are not hearing anything at all. make sure your grounds are hooked up in the engine compartment.

Thats the thing...it has power going to the starter but when i try to crank it the circuit tester light goes off and i changed starters too so i know it isnt the starter. Today a mechanic at the shop told me it might some kind of neutral lock mode in went in to...cuz in automatics sometimes wen you turn it off in gear it doesnt let u start it back up in park, you have to start the car in neutral...so if anyone knows a place online with wiring diagrams for a 95 civic ex please tell me cuz i need to find the wire or wires. Me and my friend basically checked everything and that looks like its the problem.
