if you will not be using the stock rails, remove the buckle from the stock rail, and place it on the aftermarket rail.
yah, there should be a mounting area on the rail for your seat belt. The seat belt bucly is held in by one bolt on your factory seat.
S&Mracing guys have used the seatbelt buckle from the 1988-1991 civics because those bolt to the floor.
find one at a junkyard.

i just hink it's a hassle to use 5 point harnesses ont he street. plus the coppers around here don;t like it
Look up the post from owen_the_soyboy on homemade sparco seat brackets:

I did, and I was able to retain my stock seatbelt, since i used the stock EG rails/sliders which have a space to bolt the buckle too.
here are pics from my install:

btw. not all sparco brackets have the provisions for the seatbelt. there are street and competition brackets. from what ive heard the street brackets take even longer to get than the competition brackets. the comp brackets with no provisions for the stock belt is what you usually see. but wedge makes some with the provisions available. i dont like the wedge bracket/slider combo cuz it makes the seat kinda high. with the stock eg rails im really low.

I don't like how the stock seatbelt feels in a raceseat so I either run 4 points on the street or the stock seat/seatbelt. It's only 4 bolts, takes 10m to swap seats.
syke, i know what u mean. some race seats i have sat in have such high bolstering that the stock seat belt rest on the bolstering and not the driver. i was afraid of this, but its not the case with the sprint amazingly.
