Bring that to a tire shop and they may be able to fix it. It depends on how big the hole is. Good luck man

Oh and if it can be fixed, I would move it to the back of the car

That looks entirely fixable and you should be able to get it done for roughly $20

The nails they can't fix is where the nail is at the edge of the tire near the sidewall, because then they can't guarantee structural integrity.

I live near an industrial area so I pick up a lot of nails in my tires

i'd say that its a sign that you should have gone with a different set of tires.

tire rack is sending me a new tire for %50 off however they are backordered untill the end of may. these are directional tires so id rather not have to keep one in the back all the time and screw w/ my rotation. im throwing the stock steelies back on untill my tire comes.

heres the bad luck time line:
oct 02 hatch dies dump in 700 figure out wtf is going on, turns out the dizzy is fuct
oct 02 i warp my diaphram on my pressure plate. i get 13% throttle before it starts to slip
nov 02 S4 accident which should have killed me http://ajperformance.ath.cx/~tortex/crash/gif/
dec 02 cluch gifted to me on back order for 2 months
jan 03 flywheel shows up
feb 03 clutch shows up
mar 03 pick up a set of gsr wheels
mar 03 180 miles on the clutch and 2 days w/ wheels, my 88 is hit head on
april 03 new hatch built 1 week later. bolts in rear lca are seized delays driving for another 2 days
may 03 (2 days ago) hatch broken into in my driveway, took my afc tach and radar detector
the next day frankensteins bolt is in my tire.
someone buy me a round of

if they are a good brand
if they have only about 400 miles
and u just got them
there should be a warranty on those tires....
its not ur fault u got that nail...
most shops can exchange that tire, or fix it for very cheap....
go ahead and talk to whoever sold it to ya....
GOOD LUCK..
if it doesnt work, just go and have it fixed...

I had a friend who ran over a craftsman wrench, it went through the tire and got stuck inside the rim. He had to replace the caliper and rotor.

the same day i put my avs's on i picked up a 3" sheetmetal screw and tire rack sold me a new tire for full retail plus shipping. they told me thats all they could, i mean couldn't do. 1/2 price is better than retail, but 1/2 price is more than not having to replace the tire.
