i was reading the newest issue of super street and there is an artical in it of a prelude w/ a carbon fiber trunk.....? would this be a great weight modification? i was also wandering if neone knew of newhere that they would sell them?? i have found the website were the guy w/ the prelude had bought it from (www.xr8delidds.com), but they mention nothing about the trunk?!? if neone could help me out or has ne info i would appreciate it. peace

"Great weight mod" very very doubtful. The trunk is not a very big concern when it comes to weight. A great weight mod would be stripping all of the interior of a car, ripping out ac, powersteering, sunroof, stereo, and all the contents of the trunk. That would be a great mod. After that yea..it would help to get a fiberglass shell or carbon fiber body panels then some lexan.

Yeah will I don't have much pull with shipping like JSP would...it was like $350 alone for shipping...
