Default are all d series oil pan the same??

im wonderin if a a6 oil pan is the same to a z6 oil pan .. any1??

i'm pretty sure they are the same. i bought a new one & i know for sure that teh gasket was for all civics like 88-00 or something, and i'm pretty sure the pan was the same.

88-95 pans CAN be interchanged....96-00 Can only be used on 96-2000...slightly different bolt pattern due to different oil pump. BTW the aluminum oil pan(Y8)is heavy and expensive

most people won't need this info but the rt-4wd wagon has a different pan, infact, the 2wd wagon has the same pan. its clearanced for the transfer case.

yes the y8 pan is diff than th a6 pan didnt fit.

is any1 out there using the a6 pan on their z6???
