Liquidating 4 sets of new KONI Sports cheap for 89-91 CRX/Civic
At KONI HQ today I found out that we have 4 car sets of the older style KONI Sport shocks that are the internal compress-to-adjust style (not externally adjustable). In recent years we have switched over to an externally adjustable version but a long time KONI dealer just closed out and returned these units. These are the parts that are still sold for this car outside North America.
They are brand new in the box and would carry the normal warranty lifetime warranty for defects and wear out on a street car. They are Sport valved and painted yellow. I do not believe that they have adjustable spring perches. They are rebuildable/revalvable and could be converted to externally adjustable at that time. The part numbers are 8040-1077 Sport and 8040-1103 Sport. They fit the front and rear of the 89-91 cars but not the rear of the 88 cars unless you change the LCA.
Since they are not catalogued here currently (but still are in Europe and everywhere else), I will offer them to H-T members for $250 for all four shocks for one car including freight to anywhere in the US (Canada will be a little extra). Normal List price for the externally adjustables is $202 each and usually sell at about $140 each so this is obviously a pretty good deal. One set per person please, may as well spread them around.
If you are interested, PM me and the first four who say they want them will get them. Monday I'll need a shipping address and VISA, MC or AMEX card. I'll post when they are spoken for.

Not these particular ones. Front external adjustable 88-91 Civic/CRX shocks aren't available anywhere else in the world now and we only brought them out about 5-6 years ago. These are the compress to adjust version that we are closing out.
