A few pics for ya guys to check out....(turbo, manifold, vaccum manifold) no 56k...
Hey guys, i got my manifold from Tinker219. He was great to work with, and this is the first h22a manifold he's ever built...especially one for my project which will be finished soon: A 1990 Honda Accord with a JDM h22a....lets cut straight to the pics now...
First, my mcmaster-carr Vaccum manifold:

Next: Turbo

And now, last but not least, the tink219 manifold...

Thanks for checking out my pics guys, have any questions, feel free to ask...

nope, custom turbine housing off an old school volvo. a friend of a friend built the turbo for me with space constraints in mind, and thought that that internal wastegate would be best......
what you don't see is my 10 mandrel bends of various 2.5" and 2" piping, my oil return, and my Flamenco-T feed line. just waiting for a coupler from atpturbo to get here, and i'm done!

What volvo is that from? I looks like it is from a diesel, but not for a volvo. Volvo would be .36 stock. BTW, these turbine housings kick serious ***... no creep, very efficient, 4 bolt design, and fully adjustable WG...

should be done as soon as i get a 2" to 2.5" coupler from atpturbo, its in the mail i hope....so somewhere like a week or so...

No idea on the size, its marked 48, but i was told it was .60 turbine with a .63 compressor with a super 60 wheel....He bragged about this wastegate a lot...and i love the bolt down pipe with the studs from the factory....

Build your ideal flow system, starting with these manifolds. Just thread in the fittings you want to use for customized multiple connections to one source. Use plugs (sold separately) to close off outlets not in use. Manifolds have two inlets, one at each end, and two mounting holes. Connections are NPT female (except where noted). BSPP— British Standard Pipe Parallel Thread. BSPT— British Standard Pipe Tapered Thread.
Aluminum— Aluminum alloy 6061 offers high corrosion resistance and protection from contaminants. Withstands working pressures to 3000 psi hydraulic, 1000 psi air. NPT models have a black anodized finish; BSPP and BSPT models have a plain aluminum finish. Temperature range is —10° to +200° F.

Mine is coming next week
Its a .48 likely stage 1 wheel. They do not make anything larger than .48 a/r and stage 1 in that style of turbine housing and it is for diesels. Not that it will not work on a gas engine...
Should work very well however

I have some more pics coming your guys' way just as soon as i get a chance to upload them, got busy with dinner/plans tonight, but will definately get a chance in the morning, everything fits good, had to actually flip the turbo so that the exh turbine is on the motor mount side and the comp housing is on the alternator side, and had some hood clearance issues, but its all good now, thanx to a handy rotary saw and taking out some of the hood reinforcement. After putting a dent in the hood from the comp housing, we got everything fitted good and it looks like an awesome setup. All that Joe has to do now is get that part (2-2.5in), and get the dp and intercooler piping setup. This car is great NA already but Joe's gonna be a happy camper once we get this car boosted. peace, Andy B.

haha, i got it for 23 dollars shipped, with all the fittings and plugs i need from mcmaster-carr. I had a good deal lined up on the golden eagle one, but i couldn't justify the cost of 20$ more and still not have any fittings and holes drilled in it...
BTW, the accord front motor mount is coming out. time for a prelude front motor mount setup.

damn thats a great find. the vaccum manifold cost under $17 for 6 outlets with a 3/8" inlet and 1/4" outlets. who the hell would wanna pay $50 for a golden eagle manifold!?

McMaster is the ****. I got my turbo feed line and tee from there for less than I could have anywhere else. They have everything you could need and even more stuff you couldn't possibly ever need (but might want because it would be cool).
Hey man..
Did you get the Aluminum one w/ 3/8 inlet and 1/4 outlets?
Did the feed plugs come w/ it?
Thanks
