I now have 2000 itr seats in a 92 si hatch. There is alot of work do to. The bottom half fit pretty well butleavs a small gap on the left and right side but not noticable really on my car but the 2 rear sections didnt libe up at all so rather then drill hols for them in the side of my car i took the seats to a interior shop that I know and trust. The ripped apart the stock eg seats and ripped apart the stock itr seats and just put the itr fabric on the stock eg fabric and not it fits 100% andf there is no ugly gap between the bottom half and the 2 uppers. This was for eg so I cant say 100% for the ek. Good luck though!

i have 1999 gsr front and rear leather seats in my 97 hatch and YES the rear seats do fit but with some modification.
the rear bench will bolts down, but the back rests to fully make it fit like oem, you have to swap the skins. this means you are going to have to cut the metal o rigs that hold the material to the metal inside frame on each (civic and itr). then switch them and zip tie the itr back to the civic frame, and install. i'll try and post you some pics of mine

Those look the best. They actually match the rest of the panels in the car.
