Anybody got an LS Swap in an eEK Hatch? I will ve doing it in a couple of days to begin the trnsfer from sohc to the Darkside. I was wondering some times and what trannies people are using with what ECU's ect.
I am getting a complete swap and later adding the vtec head and some internals. But until then I will spray on it. Anny Suggestions??

anybody got any slips? or does everybody have a gsr? I figures all the swap guys would be all over this. Hit me up. Is it worth it? 2500 shipped, less than 45000 miles

 

2500 for a what 98+swap seems a tad high but if it is low mileage like u said and includes EVERYTHING then I guess ...I have a LS in my ek htbk..but I got a good deal on it. if I could do it over again I'd of gone with b20 or gsr but it's nice for a daily driver

I think I am looking toward a b16 sir2 motor now, It might save me some in the long run. do the swap then buy s gsr block to build up as I go along. Keep me in the N/A bracket. Hopefully not competing with many h22's
cause I got to have Power steering and A/C

 

my friend has an ls in his hatch and he is spraying he also has cams and tires and he runs high 12's i would go with the ls instead of the b16

 

hmmm, anything done to the bottom end?
