Just to make sure I want to upgrade my throttle body here soon. I have a z6 with some minor mods. I was wondering what size throttle body to use, and what sizes come stock on
LS GSR Si Typr R and the y8.
I am pretty sure the y8 is the same size
I am also pretty sure the Si and Gsr are the same size but how big?
Type R, Civic and ITR ?

ITR =62mm
CTR=60mm
GSR=60mm
B16A2= 60mm
B16A1=58mm

 

I'd recommend the 60mm gsr/b16a2 TB. The z6/y8 are the same size at 56mm.

I felt much better throttle response going from 58->63mm

I don't think that the odb-0 TBs will fit such as the b16a1.

B17A1 I believe is 58mm.

 

i didnt kno that the h22 throttle body and the gsr throttle body was the same,
ive heard of people putting the h22 one on and porting it, but wouldnt that be the same as porting the stock gsr one ?

b16a3's are 58mm, because thats what i had. I just got an gsr TB that im gonna bore to 64mm.
