Default got quoted $250 for brakes

i've stumbbled upon a total brake package which includes: 4 slotted/drilled brembo rotors as well as axxis ultimates on all four corners, all for $250. Is this a good price? btw the price includes tax and shipping cost.

That's not bad. I paid ~$100 for my Brembo blanks, and ~$90 for my Axxis Ultimates. You don't need the x-drilling/slotting, they be more likely to warp anyway.

Here's where I got my stuff from:
Brembo Blanks -- Colletti Motorsports
Axxis Ultimates -- Cobalt Friction

Guys, you can get Brembo rotors and Axxis Ultimate pads for ~$200. You don't need to get them slotted or drilled.

Get them here:
Brembo Blanks -- Colletti Motorsports
Axxis Ultimates -- Cobalt Friction

if you're doing it yourself...

colletti for brembo blanks or...

just call up Andie @ Cobalt Friction and order their rotors (just as good if not better than Brembos imo) and some Axxis Ultimates....probably the cheapest way to go.

brembo does not make a drilled and slotted rotor. this is done by a different company and people sell them as brembo just because they bought brembo blanks. dont get anything that is cross drilled and slotted. you will be very disappointed.

I bought my brembo blanks and axxis metal masters all for $180 shipped. I got the rotors from http://www.nopi.com and the pads from http://www.coximport.com. Both are two of the best shops I ever bought from.
