Would have done a search if it was working so sorry if this has been asked before....anyways im in the process of intstalling this injectors on my 2nd gen b16a, i bored out the rubber ring so the injectors fit snug in the intake manifold and have the resistor box wiring done...the clip does not plug into the dsm injector, what needs to be done in order to get this working? i was under the impression that obd1 clips worked? please help this is my first time installing injectors and i would love to get it done wiht so i can move on to the rest of the turbo install

 

i think you can buy clips at napa/schucks

 

I've heard that all you have to do is cut/sand a little fitting inside the clip and it should plug right in.

EDIT: disregard, im thinking of the 9005/9006 integra headlight conversion harness... I'd like to find out also, im in the same situation as you.

thats all i had to do with mine...i just used a dremel with a small bit on it and trimmed the little plastic piece on the injector

 

what little plastic peice??could someone post a pic??

 

does anyone know if the DSM's will plug into an OBD-0 harness?

 

I'd like to know as well


Which one was cut? 1, 2, or 3? (or 4, which is identical to number 1, just on the other side)

damn you beat me to it with the pics...its number 3, the one inside...and i got another set of injectors and the guy said it has crx clips on them...so i'm guessing it bolted right up cus that little plastic piece wasnt trimmed...HTH

 

so if we trim #3 in the pics it should plug right in?

thats what i did to mine and it plugged right up...

 

Have any of you guys gotten them to fit on OBD2 plugs? (ie: D16Y8)
