All cars are in Florida. Vehicles are brought through customs as parts only (not US road legal), but it is not hard to register them after in most states. You can try and do that on your own (call your DMV for more info). If your DMV gives you a hard time the car can always be registered as a kit car in any state. I can title and register any of these cars normally (not as a kit) here in Utah for $1500 extra (includes my time to fly to Florida, drive them to Utah, get them to pass safety and emissions here, title and register them including payment of sales tax with the Utah DMV in my name).

an r34 gt-r depending on year, color, condition, mileage goes for between $35-45k. You will not be able to register it without bringinig through motorex if you live in California, unless you want to do it as a kit car.
