Ive tried posting this before but with no luck,i still have this thing siting in the box with the support tool and all optional injectors.I plan on runing rc550's with this and and about 10psi with my revhard stage2c kit.Should i keep this or go and buy myself a ems or hondata.

 

a few of my friends cars have it and mine is one the way they run good
one stock b18c1 with greddy kit and intercooler with the blue box had 227 whp he switched over to the emanage and now has 279whp completely stock engine and runs idles like stock

 

i feel much better after what you said,i think that the emanage with the support took and all optional harnesses is somewhat like a complete standalone,thxs man Im going to keep it and give it a try

 

I wanted more feedback on this also, because for the price and ability to hook up a laptop and tune detailed timing and fuel maps, its a wonder to me why this is not covered/used on this message board. I mean this thing is HALF the price of hondata, aem, dfi etc...

 

Emanage is awsome my friends are using it and I am getting it first step after turbo, tune it on a dyno w/A/F hookup and you'll get better gas mileage, runs smoother, and of coarse more power Bang for buck

 

lets get some people on here who tune with it so we can learn about it.

 

now you dont even need a laptop all you need is the Profec E-01 Boost controller. But thats another 5 Bills. But you get a BC

 

I'm also really interested. The emanage and profec e-01 seem to be a good combo... more feedback would be nice

 

I'm using this with my profec-E01, but my supplier is out of stock and greddy hasn't shipped any...I'm almost done with my ride I'll let everybody know soon...so stay tuned!

 

alot of people dont like the emanage becuase of a few reasons

1.not that many people with support tool or that know how to tune it

2.its not really a standalone but imho is much better than afc and others (no throttle hesistation,reads boost,ect)

3. not that many people use it so that rather go the route that other people use


i am using it becuase ....

1. got it for a really good price $400 with boost sensor,sensor harness,ignition harness

2.my friend is very good with it he has built 4 gsr's with it and some supras and rx7's

3.he already has maps that are close to what i am using in my setup so maxium dyno time i am looking at should be no more than one hour


also u dont need the eo1 with boost controller if u already have one (boost controller) they have a eo1 without boost controller u can use too look here

Wonder how boost transition is compared to the blue box? I really like the blue box transition in and out of boost(you can't even tell at all). So if it's anything like that I'll buy one. I've heard of running problems with the AFC hack if not set up properly so I figured I'd go another route. I'm running the box at 8psi now. Yea it's rich, but I don't mind too much. Going to have to step up soon though so it won't cut it. Thanks.

i'm running one and i like it alot. my friend with mr2 talked me into buying it since i'm gonna go turbo. i sold my apexi vafc for it.

 

everyone I know that's running it loves it, although it doesn't work well w/sc motors as the boost response is a little too quick and shoots lean for a split sec. when punching the throttle. On turbo and N/A mortos e-manage rocks, might as well be a stand alone. my friend who owns a shop is a master @ tuning it I'll try and get him on here to give info, but we'lll see. i'm getting it once Iam past the blue box

 

Tight! Nobody around here can tune.... So I'm either going to have to find some similar maps, or mess with it

its real good to see more users poping up. I really dont know why people overlook this unit. I think once people start to see what it can offer, this will replace the afc hack.

here's my story. I bought a turbo kit from this guy in February. He sent me the turbo and Blow off Valve only. It is now three months later and he has not sent me the other stuff. He give me the runaround about parts being backordered, then he told me UPS didn't give him tracking numbers, then he sends me bogus tracking number saying my stuff will come, but after three weeks of waiting some more, he now won't even respond to MYemails, and he turned his cell phone off.

Hey bro wassup...I saw you on a honda-tech archived search I did on greddy emanage. I am new to it and would like to know if you could help me out. It's all hooked up..I was wondering if you can send me some maps of the ignition and air and so on...I don't have any maps set and im tuning it but not running like I want it too...this is on my honda civic sohc turbo charged running 10 psi and capable of 18psi....thanks

 

if you have the support yool can you store aand transport maps?
