I bought an SiR cluster for my EG. I received it today, the plexi is broken badly and the oil needle is broken. I called Osaka and told them that. They told me to call Fedex so I did. Fedex told me that they would send someone out to look at it within the next 7 days. So, I call Osaka back and tell them exactly what I was told by Fedex, that they needed to send me a new cluster and fedex resolve the problem. They were not complaint, so now Im stuck waiting with this broken cluster, until fedex shows and I still dont know if I will get a new cluster!!

anyone want to help me put them out of businesses??? I think All that had experienced previous problems with Osaka should call the BBB and see if they are enlisted. If so we need to report them.

 

They should have been out of business a long time ago, I so glad I decided against going with them when the first problems started rolling out of there. **** Osaka.

 

the only reason why I got my cluster from them was because I paid 130 for it and thats it.

 

BBB cant do ****,if you make a complaint with the BBB,all they do is report it to osaka,then they give osaka a chance to defend theirselves,if osaka does not reply to the complaint then thats all it will show.complaint was made on xxx date by xxx and osaka did not reply.ive been though this before with another company,i finally got my money back when i told the guy i would post his home phone # on the web,he ripped off about 200 people over some coilovers.

i hate to see things like this. Thats just bad business. Whored out prices and shitty products. As a person who worked in the industry that **** can ruin a business. And i bet alotta their business come from Honda-Tech. Hopefully word can get around.

Fedex will give you 100 dollars. Unless the package was insured. Otherwise the default insurance is 100 dollars on every package. Sorry to hear about your loss.
