I was wondering what I could do to make my 1998 LS integra faster but without spending to much money. I'm tired of getting beat by all these punks who just have money and don't appreciate the cars.

 

Probably the cheapest way of increasing horsepower significantly is a getting a nitrous kit. That's looking at dollar for HP value.

Welll another one of these....you need to say how much your willing to spend, and your not going to get much more power unless you DO appreciate your car and are willing to put time and $$ into it...eaither turbo the ls block or go ls/vtec head and go all motor, anyway you look at it power=$$$$$$$$ sorry

 

aaah no matter what you buy other then the basic intake/exhaust, power = $$$

all motor LS's arent thaaaat slow ...

 

Well, first, hopefully you're not getting beat on the street cause that would mean that you were street racing which isn't supported here.

But let's get back to the go fast part...nitrous is probably your best bet for your dollar if you're on a tight budget (nitrous can get just as costly as turbo). But keep in mind that you will want more power once you get a taste of it. Then, like most of us here, you end up spending much more than you originally estimated.

My advice to you before you go through the intake, headers, exhaust stage, take a ride in another ls with some mods, so you can gauge what you want.
