HELP!! JDM Si-R Cluster in my EG
I've looked it up and it does not seem anyone else has had this problem.
I recently installed my JDM Si-R cluster in my 95 cx, along with my swap. When i start the car, the speedometer sits at 20km/h. The person I purchased this from had the same problem with 3 other ones in his own car, anybody know about this?
Any information is appreciated, thank you.

how many miles does the cluster have?
To me, it sounds like someone pulled off the needle trying to roll back the odo. And then did a crappy job of putting it back on.
If you want to correct this, you have to pull the needle off again, turn on the car, then replace it. It's going to be a little bit off, but it's prolly the best you can do.
There might be other ways to fix this, but I'm not sure what else you can do.

ZERO problems and I have had 3 different ones in my car. Only problem and this goes with every jdm cluster is that there is usualy a dark spot on the speedo (top right area)

Thats what it sound like. Or the clusters may have sat outside for a long period of time and perhaps it got wet or something.
I've own a few several JDM clusters in the past 3 years or so, not once had a problem with them. Sound more like someone has tampered with it. Take it apart and see what you can do.

and how do i take this needle off exactly?
You can use a fork. Just pry it off. You might want to try on your stock cluster just in case.
