which camber kit for front end?
I dropped my 98 lude where it perfectly covers the gap...i am in the market for a camber kit, but don't know which to get...b/c i heard the ingalls will hit when i hit a bump, others say to get the SPC anchor bolts, but i dont see a part number for it, they only have the ball joint...any advice anyone? what's your set up and any probs? thanks in advance.
I've been interested in putting both a rear and front camber kit on my prelude for race and auto-x purposes. I have my car lowered 1" and I'm wondering if the SPC kits could work for me. I live very close to Longmont, CO so I might cruse on over to there HQ and see what they can do for me.
SPC does have anchor bolt camber kits:
84945 for 0 - 1.5 degrees of adjustment
84955 for 1.75 - 3.25 degrees of adjustment
Also just so you know these work for both front and back.

where did you get those numbers from? also, where can i get them for a good price? b/c i went to http://www.spcperformance.com and it does not list it under 5th gen ludes..
The SPC ball joint kit will work on a 5th gen front end for drops up to 1.7". If your car has the anchor bolts that go upward-then both the SPC and Ingalls parts will work in the front and rear for 4th gens and rear of 5th gens ONLY. The big question is whether you really need to do this if you are only dropped 1". ONLY an alignment will tell you for sure-and that will guide you to the correct part numbers. If you are near Longmont then you are not far from Ingalls either.

Specialty Product Kit is a great one, its the one I use.. Front and rear.. you can either take camber out, or filp them around, grind down the control arm to gain negative camber..
I got those part numbers from SPC's site: http://www.specprod.com/PROD_DIR/PROD_PASSCAR.html
As for where can you get them, I bought mine from http://www.groupbuycenter.com and got front and rear for $240 shipped.

the numbers you gave are for 4th gen ludes, but will also fit 5th gen's rear only...as stated on http://www.spceperformance.com, so only the ball joint one is avaiable for my 5th gen front?
I have the 84955 installed in the front of my 01 lude (about 3" drop with Ground Control Coilovers and Koni Yellows), both the 84945 and 84955 will work on the front of a 5G lude. Believe it or not the 4G and 5G lude can use the same anchor bolts. If you want call SPC direct: 1-800-525-6505 and I'm sure they'll tell you the same.
"If your vehicle is severly lowered, then you will have some problems with both. However, the balljoints are the newest available with the smallest balljoint and the most amount of clearance. I recommend going with the balljoint kit but that is up to you."
AHHHHHH!! i don't know which to go for, do you have any clearence problems at all with the anchor bolts? please respond asap. thanks! my order has been placed on hold for now

With the anchor bolts I have no clearance issues at all and I did almost a 3" drop. As for going the route with the balljoint, you'll have to cut out part of the fenderliner is you don't want to rub or hit. The balljoint, even though they are "the smallest balljoint" they are still considerably bigger then your stock balljoint so you have literally no clearance or any room for give.
