Default Real Time AWD integra.....

NOw I see people post about AWD setups from other countries, and the result is nothing but CRV nonsense. I stumbled upon this picture, and I would have normally looked past the integra at the top. It is four door, it has civic hubcaps, and nothing special at all, but a sticker on the side that says "real time AWD"

I cannot believe no one has gotten ahold of a car like this from some other country and started beefing up the tranny.

Im curious as to why they would say it was a hard top. Like they made a convertable or something.

Yes, the Ferio did have an AWD version but my understanding is that it was based on the D series tranny. I didn't know that Honda ever made an Integra version. If you find out more please let us know.

A small turbo (t25) running 6-7lbs and that focker would be an autocross killa. Im sure it would hold its own in the 1320 too.

no there were B16 awd civics in japan, there were posts about it last fall. they were 92-95 years, I dunno about 96+ though. And yes of course the awd driveline could not handle much power, otherwise there would be wicked modded awd setups over here.

I too, never knew they made an Integra with awd, I wonder if that was a prototype or just made for a short time period?

seems honda was trying lots of different suspension/drivetrain back then... whatever happened to the 4WS on the older preludes...and now the ATTS system...

beause the Integra is by definition, a 'hard top'...a true hard top is a car without a B pillar/window channel connected to the door.

Integra, Camaro, Mustang etc.

there was a jdm integra model. it was the db9 xi 4wd. you could only get a ZC 1.6 SOHC with it though. came in 4dr only too i think. i don't think the tranny could handle much power either. but could be an interesting swap.

A AWD, 1.6 powered, Automatic, Integra, 4-door.

Jesus, what a slug that must have been!

but there is NO window sash, the b-pillar part on the door, there is NONE on the sedan integra, so in true Hardtop fashion, that fits the definition.
