i've seen em both ways. it's whatever you prefer, it's your car you know?
personally i like the look of a stock hood on a crx, the carbon fiber has never really done it for me on that car.
sorry to hear about your friend.

cant go wrong with carbon fiber...not only does it look good on a white car...but its still lighter then a stock hood which always helps. I wouldnt worry what color your rims are.

i would stay away from the carbon hood. they are played out big time. keep the
stock hood painted. it looks a lot cleaner.

PLAYED OUT.....! Anything you do to your car is going to be played out so get use to that. Your not putting a carbon fiber hood on your car cause its what everyone else has or cause its the latest trend. Put the carbon fiber hood if you think it looks nice and its light. It is what you like in the end though.

they make carbon hoods for cavaliers, neons and doge advengers. enough said!
and yes civics are played out too. but why would rock the same **** a cavalier
has. yea yea, i know it was cool a few years back along with body kits but
the guy asked what do you think? so i said!!! The only people you see sporting
carbon hoods around here are the APC kids and body kit show guys.that sums it up.. no big deal or any thing but you do what you like.

calm down dude. the 10 lbs or so you save w/ most carbon fiber hoods is hardly a justification to saying that people are really buying it for its weight saving properties.
