Intake Manifold from H22 to F22?
First, I tried the search and the topic doesn't seem to have been covered too often, I don't find anything about this.
Here's the situation: I am almost ready to change my timing belt on my OBD1 F22B1, in about a month. I am planning this, and on my list of to do/to buy things there are an adjustable cam gear as I said on another topic, and an FPR also. I plan on going to the dyno sometime soon, maybe this spring. I want to optimise my air flow if I am going to rise fuel pressure, and retard a litlle as well.
So I tell myself: H22's have larger TBs and I am too lazy to portfit them on my intake, and I figure the whole intake manifold from the H22 is well adapted anyway, so why not just swap the whole thing, from TB to the manifold, including injectors, etc.
Is this feasible? Or am I luring myself? If the ports fit, do the injectors and various solenoids and/or sensors adapt themselves to the F22B1 and OBD1 ecu? Are there particular years I would be looking at?
Thanks for the much appreciated info, guys

with a lil portmatching the h22a/h23a1 intake manifold and throttle body will fit.
the stud locations are the same, but the ports on the h-series are a lil larger.

Aight, so if I got my head ported and polished, then, swapping the h22 manifold with TB and everything would be something useful to do?

yes, have to line up coolant ports as well.

Thanks.

As crazy as it sounds I plan on keeping my F TB when I do my H22a swap. Yes I like crusie controll that much...
EDIT: I will get it bored out at some point however to get rid of the restriction that its going to cause.

Hmmm, it says that this Accord Euro-R intake manifold will fit on all H and F series heads.
one major deal is getting the coolant port to line up aside from the portmatching to be done on the manifold and the head.
I am currently working on this and my solution that the coolant port on the f22 head is oval and the h22's is circular is to make the necessary sizing and tap and place a thread to barb fitting and route that line in the coolant in the necessary direction

wouldnt it be better just to buy an aftermarket TB
