Hey you owned our DA/DC for awhile now. Anyone still on original motor over 200K???

I have 90 Ls 4 door pushin 220k
i also have a 95 gsr 4 door w/ 130k on chassi but high 20's on new motor

The funny part is the DA's body is in better shapev than the DC

 

i have a 94 GSR w/ a 151xxx on it. I'm sure in a couple years, it'll be over 200k and it will be a time for a rebuild...!! But people say my DC's body looks just as clean as a 2000teg...so we'll see

 

LOL i'm kinda scared to hit WOT w/ the DA... that shitz might spin a bearing...

Ive got a 1991 XSI DA with 188km on the clock, still runs mint as...cnt do better than the Vtec goodness

 

My stock LS motor made it to almost 180k turbocharged, before it finally spun a bearing...not too shabby I must say

 

my 92 integra is at 197,000...runs perfect but that all the miles she will see in my car, im about to drop a ls/vtec in it.

 

My hatchback just hit 284,000 kmiles and it is automatic bone stock

 

Hmmm...I'm halfway there.

 

140,000 miles on the chassis of a 96 SE 4 door, and only 620 miles on a new motor

 

Im at 215k on a 94 ls. just replaced a snapped axle and my shift fork just snapped in half today. Little things are starting to break here and there. It is still holding good compression and still has smoked some gsr's that can drive. I also sprayed from 160k to 200k.

 

I dont know how you guys break all this weird *****!? I only replaced the engine cause I wanted to, other than that the only thing I've had to replace was the OEM radiator, which finally split at about 80K miles. Oh and one of my wheel studs is stripped, but thats a combination of always taking off the wheel and a shop fudging it up. But other than that, nothing has really busted.

 

My 90 LS has 205 might as well call it 206. Engine still runs strong and I change what needs to be changed and I do the oil every 3k aslong as the tranny fluid every 6k. This thing will run forever

for me, I nurse that shitz... I'm scared it'll go on me , I hate towtruck dudes!...lol

 

And the clutch fork just snapped from the 6 puck. I had to custom make a new shift fork and weld it in.... Im getting tired of this ****. I am swapping soon cuz I am getting tired of all this random **** breaking.

I guess I can say for sure today that my car isn't in and won't make the 200K club... it was totalled today ..I was a little over 1/2 way there though...

i bounce the rev limiter alomost once a week and swap out the Mobil 1 0W-30 every 6-7K

 

going on 250k. no problems yet except radiator & ignition coil. rebuild coming soon for more power.

 

i am at 95k and i feel like its an old ****, but i just hear 100 thousand miles and think dam this isnt gonna last much longer but to say there is more than handfull well over 100k, makes me feel a little better. anythign specail u should do with the car when all you get high miles keeping it running strong? cus i dont want to have to drive my car like an old lady. .

 

damn. i bought my 97 in in 99, it had 32k on it. so far, i put about only 50k more miles on it. i barely drive it since my fiancee hates riding in it.

 

my good buddy has a 1998 ITR.. he hit 211,000km and put a whole in the piston... But he also beats on it ever time he drives it... All i can say is Honda Makes amazing cars to u Honda Motor Co.

every couple months to clean out my fuel system ill fill up with 93 and a bottle of inj cleaner and run 3rd gear pegged for about 3 miles with 227K
