Default Review: T1R testpipe+ T1R B-pipe+Spoon N1

I just got my T1R testpipe+ T1R B-pipe installed
It's loud as hell right now.
I was running JDM DC 4-1 and some CAT+stock b-pipe and Spoon N1. and when i installed the test pipe and the b-pipe. the difference was night and day. even with stock b-pipe, it was pretty damn loud and now it's alot louder. I think it's almost not streetable/daily driving.

ITR1244 Deceided to get silentser

I can sure feel more tourque and some top end. It kind of revs up little faster than before.. at rpm 3000-4000 it's really loud .. and when vtec kicks in. i thought it would be louder but not much difference than my older setup.

I am loving the power gain. .
but it really is damn loud.

PS: Sorry for the shitty Review

Just imagine if you happen to have a set of aggressive cams.

if you have the old version yes , the new one is supposed to have the bottleneck removed...

It doesn't though. It's still got something on the end of it.

Dave (SMS) and I were puzzled as to why Spoon would have incurred the additional costs of changing the design when there really isn't that much difference between the old and new designs.

As for the T1 B-pipe, it necks down to less than 2" at one point.

If you can get someone to remove these bottlenecks (I went to SMS) you will feel a substantial difference.

The stock ITR b-pipe restricted your setup and it actually made it quieter. I noticed this when I installed the aftermarket b-pipe to replace the stock one.

It depends on the person and what the car is running.

It smells worse than before for sure. espcially when i am worming up in the garage

i dont know the size.. but i can tell u that i have bottle neck and T1R b-pipe also has bottle neck to fit the Spoon N1 bottle neck. but it's still alot better than stock.

I used to have Spoon N1 with stock cat, it give very nice sound. Then I replaced the cat with a test pipe, damn it was LOUD!!! I ended up replacing the whole exhaust system in a few weeks.

I only have the n1 at the moment and it's way too loud for me as it is. Even with the silencer on i'm worried if i can put up with it everyday.

Needless to say, i haven't driven my R for about a week since i put it on.

I can't even BEGIN to imagine how unbearable it would be with the testpipe+b-pipe done.

You guys are too hardcore.
